Be aware that it is the responsibility of the patient to confirm that Dr. Wood and this office are in their specific plan network. Our office is unable to determine this for you. If you have questions about participation and/or coverage, you should be able to determine this through the payer website, calling the number on the back of your insurance ID card, or, if you have an employer sponsored plan, by speaking to someone in your employer's Human Resources department.

Patients who have a secondary insurance need to contact our office to discuss whether or not we are able to bill your secondary.

We are unable to bill tertiary insurance.
